Job Description

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility
• Follow instructions and complete required task in a timely manner
• Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all personnel
• Ability to accurately complete all required documentation
• Other duties as requested by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Plant Manager

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communicative skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Passion for accuracy and legible handwriting
• Completely trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working in refrigerated environments
• High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
