As a remote sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agency's success while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Remote Sales Representative with experience in the insurance industry, particularly within a State Farm Insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering them the best coverage options available. Your ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service will be crucial to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• State Farm Agency experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
