We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for our 3PL Client in Cypress, CA.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience with 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.  This would is a full-time hybrid position with the ability to make overtime and have full benefits from the client. They are looking for this person to start in the next 2 weeks. 

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations to process approximately 2,000 vendor invoices and 500 payments per month across multiple payment methods, including bill.com, foreign bank accounts, and credit cards.
• Reconcile vendor statements to address variances promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise our Accounting Clerks, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance.
• Month-End & Financial Reporting
• Support vendor cost analysis and reporting to provide better financial insights to leadership.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, with preferably 1 year in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of AP best practices, internal controls, and multi-currency payment processes.
• Experience with payment and ERP systems.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with month-end journal entries and reporting.
