divh2Adjunct Faculty Member/h2pThe School of Physician Assistant Studies Boston seeks an adjunct faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and education for students in the Masters of Physician Assistant Studies Program. The selected candidate will work primarily in a remote capacity, with responsibilities centered on academic mentoring, early identification of student challenges, and facilitation of student support strategies to promote progression and professional development. This role supports graduate-level PA students across didactic and clinical education./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliWorks with a sense of urgency in providing outreach individualized academic coaching, mentoring, interventions, and success planning for PA students./liliMonitors academic performance and implements early intervention strategies for at-risk learners./liliConducts student success meetings both remotely and in person as needed./liliCollaborates with other members of the Student Success Team./liliCollaborates with course directors and faculty to identify and support student learning needs./liliMaintains accurate and timely documentation of student meetings, progress, and outcomes./liliCoordinates with University student support services, including ADA compliance, counseling, and academic resource offices./liliAssists in interventions, remediation plan development, implementation, and follow-up./liliReports trends, student needs, and outcomes to the Program Director./liliProvides service to the program, including ongoing development of student support tools and processes./liliUses the Universitys learning management system and approved communication tools to support student engagement./liliEngage in weekly meetings with student success rounds team./liliAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor./li/ul/div
