Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector

A well-established medical aesthetics group along the Southern California coast is seeking to expand its team. With multiple locations in the region, this practice is known for providing advanced skincare and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser rejuvenation, body contouring, and more.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector to join the team. This role is ideal for a skilled provider with strong injection experience and a warm, professional approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform injectable and non-surgical aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, etc.)
• Conduct consultations, skin assessments, and personalized treatment planning
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, and proper documentation
• Provide exceptional patient experiences with professionalism and warmth
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction
• Build and maintain a loyal patient following
• Maintain treatment rooms per clinical and sanitation standards
• Participate in training, continuing education, and promotional events
• Mentor and support new clinical staff when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NP, ARNP, or PA license in California
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance certifications
• Specialized training/certification in injectables
• Minimum 1 year of aesthetics injection experience (2–3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-care skills
• Passion for aesthetics and patient satisfaction
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $150K–$170K + commission
