After-hours Fleet Manager

3rd shift positions available. Work 7 shifts in a 14-day period!

Paid time off—80 hours in the first year

After-hours Fleet Managers average over $68K per year

We have openings for full-time After-hours Fleet Managers at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our After-hours Fleet Managers support freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers, customers, and other Fleet Managers.

Positions are on a rotating schedule over a 7-day week, averaging around 44 hours per week. The rotating schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

These positions offer a starting salary of $61,500, plus a quarterly incentive program, based on the company’s profitability. After-hours Fleet Managers also earn:

• additional weekend and holiday pay
• $200 per weekend
• $200 per holiday
• shift differential pay

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or 1–2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Minimal traveling is required
