Job Details

We are on the hunt for a dynamic AI Engineering Team Lead who can lead a team of Engineers to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. This role will be pivotal in shaping the technical strategy for AI/ML and data processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development and large-scale data processing systems. This is a permanent position in our technology department, where you will work closely with our data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy advanced AI models and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of AI engineers to design and implement innovative AI/ML solutions.
2. Develop a technical strategy for AI/ML and data processing initiatives.
3. Design and build large-scale data processing systems.
4. Use TensorFlow, PyTorch, and langChain for AI/ML development.
5. Design data processing systems and work with data transformation tools, automated data pipelines, and backend services.
6. Develop software using Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, GitHub, AWS, and cloud infrastructure automation tools.
7. Work with GCP BigQuery, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake for big data processing.
8. Manage software projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
9. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and data processing technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
2. 5+ years of experience in big data processing.
3. 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
4. Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and langChain.
5. Experience with large-scale data processing systems design.
6. Experience with data transformation tools, automated data pipelines, and backend services.
7. Proficiency with Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, GitHub, AWS, and cloud infrastructure automation tools.
8. Experience with GCP BigQuery, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
9. Strong background in software development, Software Engineering, and Software Project Management.
10. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
