Main accountabilities include:
* Completing all documents for shipping. Filing AES, preparing airway bills, confirming all documents are on hand required for shipping and by TSA.
* Tracking shipments daily and alerting customers with complete details.
* Following all TSA security and regulations.
* Complete costs on each file and print invoices. Making sure that all files are invoiced before the last day of the month. Mail invoices daily.
* Prepare check log and send into accounting weekly or when instructed.
* Answer emails from customers and overseas agents in a timely manner.
* Make bookings with airlines. Schedule trucks to pick up cargo.
* Answering phones in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be enrolled in college or have recently graduated; no more than 6 months ago.
* Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
* Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts.
* Work is done before leaving the office.
* Must pass pre-employment background check.
