Shifts: 7PM - 8AM and 8AM-8PM

Job Overview:

As an Apartment Firewatch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the apartment community during any fire alarm system malfunctions or renovations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the premises for any signs of fire hazards, report issues, and maintain a safe environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor apartment buildings for any signs of fire or hazardous conditions.

Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area.

Report any suspicious activity or fire hazards to management.

Ensure that fire exits, extinguishers, and other safety equipment are accessible and in good condition.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures as outlined by the property management.

Maintain a log of activities and incidents.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a firewatch or security role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert during long shifts.

Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be reliable and punctual.
