This is NOT an inbound customer service representative position.
The Position: Cultivate new opportunities by making outbound/ cold calls to schools to set appointments for demos and quotes for the Regional Business Manager, who sells innovative dry erase products mainly to the education market.
Partnering with Regional Business Manager to grow sales territory
Using Google Maps and Google Calendar to coordinate appointments that are set
Responsible for customer follow-up to close sales
Updating customer records as needed
Maintain customer information in database
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year outbound call center
Cold call experience (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Google Calendar, and CRM software, such as Act or Sage, and be able to navigate the internet and Google Maps with ease
Ability to make high volume of outbound B2B calls daily
Be able to persuade and influence as well as overcome objections
Live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
