Job Description

We are hiring Electrical Assemblers for a Manufacturing company in New Braunfels, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525.

Pay:

• $21-$24 DOE

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00am-5:00 pm
• Possible overtime on Saturdays as needed.

MUST have 3+ years of previous experience as well as conduit bending and wiring experience.

Details:

Installs conduit, cable tray, wires/cables, electrical devices, and control equipment by performing the following duties:

• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit, cable tray, along with mounting electrical components in electrical enclosures.
• Pulls wiring through conduit/cable tray.
• Installs (ability to use power & hand tools) control components such as power supplies, transformers, switches, relays, breakers, PLCs in control panels.
• Install wiring in the electrical control panel.
• Installing wires by stripping insulation from wire, twisting, crimping ferrules, or soldering wires together.
• Connects wiring to pressure, temperature & level transmitters and electromechanical devices (level switches, solenoids, breakers, relays, operators & PLC) and power equipment.
• Connects power cables to equipment, such as an electric heater or motor, and installs grounding leads.
• Verify continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with verification of instruments such as an ohmmeter.
• Observes the functioning of installed equipment or systems to detect hazards and the need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems.
