TriPyramid Structures, Inc. seeks Architectural Designer w/Masters in Architecture or rltd & 1 yr of exp to create detailed sales & project-specific dsgn models to supp client proposals & engmt. Dev comp drawings & doc for both pre-sale & post-sale phases. Ensure that all dsgn deliverables meet tech specs & client expect. Work closely w/clients & stakeholders to resolve & dev dsgn. Active parti in dsgn, program, & tech dvlpmt of proj, incl investig, eval, & recommend of dsgn solns that best meets proj & client needs. Ability to lead the creation & presentation of compelling dsgn & sales packages to clients. Prove modeling & drafting skills in one or more of the following s/w packages: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino 3D, Inventor, &/or Revit. Exp w/scripting for Grasshopper or other adv parametric dsgn. Est & maint strong pro relationships w/customers throughout the AEC cmty, incl through social media outreach.
