We are looking for an Area Manager to lead our team and deliver excellent operational results while fostering excellent account and employee relationships.

• The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask. Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees.
• Ability to maintain a budget.
• Ability to recommended additional services.
• Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills ability.
• Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization.
• Activator/initiative -taking to accomplish goals, with a keen sense of responsibility.
• Manage the daily activities of assigned portfolio sites to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, and all public spaces.
• Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate, schedule and perform all special project work for assigned building.
• Communicate and work closely with home office to improve the operations and employee experience.
• Daily supervision of the janitorial staff.
• Communicate and report to Branch Manager daily.
• Maintain and order cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Accountable for all janitorial training
• Managed disciplines and performance; coordinating with direct supervisor for assistance when necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Conduct building inspections and report for client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
