Job Description Summary We work in repairing concrete, asphalt, lot marking, sealcoating, crack sealing and infrared repairs. We do everything that entails maintaining parking lots. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some general construction experience preferred. A general aptitude and ability in the areas of preparation and installation of asphalt and concrete repairs, Cracksealing, Sealcoating and Catch Basin Repair is preferred but not required. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
