The Center for Academic Success and Enrichment (CASE) is seeking an Assistant Director, Student Success to be responsible for one-on-one academic coaching of a caseload of students, coordinating the Peer Mentor Program, and assisting CASE Boston in day-to-day responsibilities and departmental projects as needed.
The pay range associated with this posting reflects the amount the University reasonably expects to pay for this role at this time. Salary offers are determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications as well as internal equity, market data and pay in comparison to similarly situated employees doing comparable work.
Hiring Range: $70,900 - $78,800
