Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or comparable experience in retail operations is preferred.
• An Ohio-licensed optician is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Desire to work in a retail medical environment and help patients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
