Scott Clark Law is a full-service resource for Residential Multi-housing Property Management law. The Firm primarily practices in the area of landlord-tenant law representing clients in eviction proceedings, creditor bankruptcy proceedings, affordable & subsidized housing proceedings, fair housing defense of property owners & managers, and general civil litigation matters within this scope.

*What will you be doing?*
* Appearing daily in court virtually, telephonically, and at times in person.
* Accurately draft pleadings and correspondence for clients across various legal issues.
* Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, email, or other means.
* Conduct legal research at the direction of clients, managing attorneys, or partners.
* Review documents submitted by clients or in support of other attorneys and staff.

*What skills will you need?*
* Reliable, client-focused, and capable of working independently.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and dependable work ethic.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
* Ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise and an eagerness to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
* Calm under pressure, keeping a level head through a fast paced environment, and being able to communicate with clients quickly and concisely over phone and email.

*What are we looking for?*

_Required Qualifications:_
* J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
* Licensed to practice law within the State of Nevada
* In good standing with the State Bar of Nevada

_Preferred Qualifications:_
* 1-2 years of litigation experience making regular court appearances
* 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of landlord-tenant law
* 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of contract law

* Competitive salary $95K-$115K per year, depending on experience

*When and where will you work?*
* The primary hours for this position are 8:00AM 5:00PM (Monday Friday)
