Our firm is committed to helping clients make the right decision, every time, while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney who wants to be a trial lawyer based in East Texas or remotely in Dallas/Ft Worth. This position offers the opportunity to handle cases immediately, with direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys and shareholder supervision.

* Manage civil litigation cases from initial consultation to trial, with support and oversight from experienced shareholders.
* Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and attending trial.
* Work closely with the firm’s experienced shareholders to develop litigation strategies and refine trial skills.
* Participate in case strategy meetings and receive one-on-one mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys.
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

*Requirements*

* Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
* 1-5 years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus but not required).
* Strong desire to be a trial lawyer and develop hands-on litigation experience.
* Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
