The team includes two board-certified ENT physicians, two experienced physician assistants, and two audiologists. Known for their strong collaboration and mutual respect across disciplines, the NVENTA team fosters a culture where communication and teamwork are essential.

Position Overview:

NVENTA is seeking a motivated Audiologist or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their practice. This position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time work and requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Candidates must be comfortable switching gears quickly, whether it’s shifting between diagnostics, device counseling, or patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for all ages, including infants and children, using age-appropriate methods such as OAEs, sound field testing, and play audiometry.
  • Conduct adult and pediatric diagnostics, including pure tone, speech, tympanometry, OAE, and vestibular assessments.
  • Provide evaluations and fittings for bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA).
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians, physician assistants, and fellow audiologists on patient care and treatment planning.
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid options, and assistive listening devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care coordination within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Contribute to developing in-house services such as tinnitus management or CAPD evaluations if desired.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or equivalent) or Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient population.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and a proactive, flexible work style.
  • Interest in collaborative, cross-functional care delivery.

Benefits:

  • Salary Plus Bonus ($100,000-$105,000)
  • Comprehensive health benefits (fully funded by the employer)
  • Generous Paid-Time Off
  • Matching Retirement 401K
  • Relocation assistance
  • CEU Licensure
