Herb Chambers Honda Westborough has an immediate opening for a a professional and experienced Automotive Controller.

Candidates must have previous automotive business office experience, and a minimum of 3 years accounting.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the oversight of accounting, asset management and ensuring tax compliance, as well as financial/accounting decisions of the dealership.

• Oversight of the accounting office personnel along with all aspects of the general ledger and financial statements
• Partner with the General Manager to manage the financial results of the dealership
• Responsible for adherence to dealership policies and internal control structure
• Proactively manage and safeguard company assets
• Actively manage expense structure and vendors
• Strong willingness to adhere to established policies and procedures
• Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the management team
• Work with the management staff of the dealership to review the data and prepare reports as necessary

Qualifications:

The controller candidate must have previous automotive business office experience.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

M inimum of 3-years Dealership Controller required
