Bank Teller

Location; Denver, CO

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account-related questions.
• Handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks, including balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Promote bank products and services to customers, referring them to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations regarding money handling and financial transactions.
• Identify and report suspicious activities in accordance with bank policy and security measures.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare related reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous cash handling experience is required; customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Banking experience is a strong plus and highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic proficiency in computers and banking software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
