Location: Phoenix, AZ 85015

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Leasing Agent with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with prospective and current tenants while managing lease terms, marketing initiatives, and daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Achieve and maintain occupancy targets by leasing units.
-Conduct property and unit tours for potential tenants.
-Manage email correspondence and social media marketing.
-Assist Property Managers with lease renewals, tenant inquiries, and routine tasks.
-Ensure vacant units are prepared for new tenants and oversee move-in procedures.
-Prepare and update weekly Vacancy and Occupancy Reports.
-Handle financial transactions, including deposits, rents, and utility management.
-Process tenant work orders and follow up to confirm completion.

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum one year of leasing experience.
-Knowledge of property management and fair housing practices.
-Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Excel.
-Fluent in both Spanish and English.
