Billing & Insurance Coordinator Entry Level
Location: Marlton, NJ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Monokian Dentistry is a family-owned private practice with two locations in Marlton and Haddonfield. We're looking for a full-time Billing & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team in Marlton. If you're excited about learning how insurance works and enjoy helping patients with their billing questions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

• Process electronic insurance claims and post payments
• Handle billing questions and investigate outstanding claims
• Manage AR reports, pre-collection calls, and financial arrangements
• Assist with scanning EOBs and preparing monthly reports
• Work closely with patients, doctors, and our team to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of dental procedures (we'll provide training)
• Some experience with dental insurance is a plus, but not required
• Confidence in discussing treatment costs with patients
• A friendly, engaging personality
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
