Job Description
In 2024, we launched a bookkeeping service to provide churches with the financial support and expertise they need to grow healthy, thriving ministries. Our mission is simple: to help churches simplify, organize, and manage their finances so they can focus on what matters most—serving their communities.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate part-time and full-time bookkeepers with experience in ACS Financials and Realm Accounting to join our team. If you’re excited about using your skills to make a meaningful impact and help churches succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do for our customers:
Maintain and reconcile their general ledgers
Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, payments, and vendor reconciliation
Generate financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with audits
Identify and implement process improvements
What we’re looking for from you:
Experience with ACS Financials or Realm Accounting is required
Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
