This role is ideal for an experienced C++ engineer passionate about delivering high-quality, performance-driven software in a dynamic, remote environment. You will work on coding, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for real-time systems on Linux, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions. The position offers the opportunity to apply object-oriented design principles, best coding practices, and design patterns while contributing to the continuous improvement of software systems. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system stability, supporting complex builds, and providing technical guidance on coding standards. This role emphasizes both individual contribution and teamwork in solving complex engineering challenges.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize C++ code for high-performance applications.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for real-time systems running on Linux environments.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• Participate in performance tuning, code reviews, and software optimization initiatives.
• Work with build systems such as Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile principles to deliver software solutions.
• Ensure software designs meet extensibility, scalability, security, and user experience requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with C++ and Linux in real-time system environments.
• Strong understanding of OO Design, SOLID principles, and software architecture best practices.
• Hands-on experience with build systems such as Jenkins.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and support tasks.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
