About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Los Angeles Campus, a role that is pivotal in providing vision and strategic direction for the campus's programs, services, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating industry partnerships to enhance experiential learning and professional development opportunities in various fields, including entertainment, media production, communications, and the arts. This is a 100% administrative position that requires a majority onsite, in-person presence, with regular travel to the company's main campus. The Dean will also be instrumental in supporting the company's strategic plan and must be committed to the core values of the institution, including equity, inclusion, creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's Los Angeles Campus should be energetic, entrepreneurial, and passionate leaders with a strong background in the entertainment industry and established networks in related sectors. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing complex organizations, a deep commitment to student career support, and experience in fundraising for mission-driven purposes. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a terminal graduate degree, and a background in higher education, either in an administrative or instructional capacity.
