Reliant at Home Care is a licensed Home Care Agency in Pennsylvania. We are a locally owned and family operated Non-Medical agency providing care to Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
We provide Personal care, Homemaker services, and Companionship services. We provide assistance to older adults and those living with a disability in their home. This includes adults being discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation center. In addition we provide supplemental support to individuals residing in an assisted living facility or nursing home. Service options include 24/7 Live-in care or hourly care. Our experienced, compassionate, dependable caregivers provide our clients with loving care.
