QLM Jacksonville is looking for a carpenter and/or carpenter helpers for multiple projects in the Duval and Clay county areas. Your skills will be used to help provide framework for windows. • Proven experience as a finish carpenter. 
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches. 
• Proficiency with hand and power tools. 
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments. 
• Reliable transportation. 

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. 
• Install trim, molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry components. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications. 
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete carpentry tasks. 
• Ensure all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and quality. 
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
