Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the team of one of our clients in the Greenspoint area. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work such as building cabinets and other wooden structures.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Operate woodworking machines
Operate various saws such Bandsaws, tablesaws and Midas
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools..
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
COMPENSATION- $20
