We're looking for an experienced carpenter who can read building plans, has great attention to detail, and brings a positive attitude to work. $32 - $36 hourly

• Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions
• Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials
• Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements

• Oversee an entire project’s carpentry work. This includes the pre-planning, drafting, ordering of materials, construction, and finishing phases of a project. (Other phases, such as demolition and plumbing, are handled by other crews.)
• Ensure your work on the job site is organized and tidy so all team members can do their jobs safely and efficiently.
• Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each project.
• Complete all finish-carpentry tasks with the highest level of detail and quality.
• Provide updates to Project Managers on project timelines and as tasks are completed.

• Strong measuring and math skills required
• Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship
