Job Summary

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Casualty Brokerage Underwriter to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a fully remote position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a culture-driven environment with significant growth potential.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
• Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, and underwrite casualty risks.
• Develop tailored solutions for each risk, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
• Evaluate policy exclusions and provide innovative recommendations to address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless underwriting processes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute to a positive, drama-free, and culture-driven work environment.
• Support the companys growth initiatives and demonstrate readiness for potential promotion opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in casualty underwriting (7+ years is ideal).
• Previous experience working with a carrier is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of exclusions and the ability to craft solutions on the fly.
• Creative mindset with a focus on tailoring risk solutions to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
