Our client, a leading organization in the corporate services sector, is seeking a Category Manager to join their team. As a Category Manager, you will be part of the procurement department supporting vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What's the Job?

• Manage complex vendor relationships across multiple functions including marketing, HR, legal, finance, and enterprise software categories
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes to identify and select optimal vendors
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve strategic objectives
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving procurement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5-10 years of procurement or vendor management experience
• Experience with marketing, HR, legal, finance, or enterprise software categories
• Proven success in leading vendor negotiations and managing RFP processes
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
