Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Use mobility equipment safely when required
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized plans of care

Requirements:

• CNA or PCA certification/licensure in the State of Arkansas
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Valid Arkansas driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Proven history of reliability and punctuality
• Compassionate, professional, and client-focused attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Experience using Hoyer lifts
• Experience using gait belts
• Familiarity with safe transfer techniques
• At least one year of experience in home care is required
