About the Role

The Company is seeking a CEO for its Quebec division, who will also serve as the Vice President for the province. The successful candidate will be the primary representative of the organization in Quebec, engaging with members, the provincial government, media, and local stakeholders. This leadership role involves setting and managing the annual operating budget for the Quebec division, leading local stakeholder outreach, and being the key spokesperson for the organization in both national French language and Quebec media. The role requires a strategic leader with a background in government, industry, or trade associations, and a proven track record in organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, an excellent communicator, and will be responsible for achieving business and strategic results in line with the company's goals. Applicants for the CEO and VP position should be prepared to lead a team in Quebec, support the organization's strategic goals across Canada, and contribute to the development and execution of policies and operational priorities. The role demands a candidate who is adept at fostering a culture of shared leadership and collaboration, and who can effectively manage financial and membership metrics. As a member of the leadership team, the role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to promote the interests of manufacturers and exporters, and to advocate for a competitive, sustainable, and technologically advanced industrial landscape. The position is open to individuals who are inspiring, strategic, and committed to the values of the organization, including equity, diversity, and inclusion.
