About the Role
The Company is seeking a CFO & COO to join their team. This 360° role is pivotal for the company's sustainable growth, with a focus on finance, HR, logistics, and data. The successful candidate will be the primary liaison for all financial matters with investors, shareholders, board members, and bankers. They will also serve as a strategic advisor to top management on key topics such as revenue diversification, international expansion, and resource allocation. The role involves managing a team of 5 direct reports and contributing to margin improvements and growth across the related functions. Key responsibilities for the COO include overseeing the preparation of financial reports, annual budgets, and re-forecasts. The role also encompasses leading the search for new funding opportunities and ensuring clean and robust financial controls to prevent fraud. The ideal candidate will be adept at cash management, monitoring revenue collection, and optimizing the company's cost structure through effective contract negotiations with suppliers. The position is dynamic and requires a high level of adaptability, as the COO will be involved in managing finance in both growth and profitability phases.
