About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global security initiatives, report to the CFO, and safeguard our products, infrastructure, and data. You will shape and implement a modern security vision, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and managing enterprise-wide security, including product security and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI productivity strategy, ensuring responsible adoption and compliance.
• Mitigate risks related to AI/ML, establishing governance and controls.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based security strategy.
• Build and mentor a global security team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Manage security governance, controls, policies, and KPIs for leadership and the Board.
• Partner with engineering to embed security into development processes and cloud-native products.
• Lead compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and AI-specific regulations.
• Collaborate on data privacy and security-by-design principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and external partners.
• Oversee centralized data management and internal tooling security.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security, with 5+ years at VP/CISO level in SaaS or tech companies.
• Expertise in securing multi-tenant SaaS applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience managing global compliance initiatives and leading security teams.
• Deep understanding of secure development practices, DevSecOps, and modern security architectures.
• Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCISO, CIPP/US, CRISC, CCSK, or CCSP are preferred.
