As the COO of Meshy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operational functions of the company, with a particular focus on Gotomarket (GTM) and company scaling . You will directly report to the CEO and work with other executives to define and implement strategies that ensure scalable growth and operational excellence.
Operational Excellence
Lead crossfunctional operations across sales, marketing, customer success, and postsales functions
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and systems for performance tracking and decisionmaking
Improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Strategic Planning
Partner with the CEO on companywide strategy and resource planning
Identify new market opportunities and support geographic or vertical expansion
Serve as a key representative with investors, partners, and other stakeholders
Team Development
Recruit and develop highperforming leaders across gotomarket and operational teams
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Regularly travel between North America and Asia to maintain an onground presence and engage directly with local teams
Prior experience working in or with companies undergoing Series AD scaleup phases
Proficiency in English and Mandarin , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership experience in the SaaS industry , ideally at a fastscaling company
Strong background in enterprise sales and marketing management , with handson experience leading B2B sales teams
Demonstrated ability to run crossfunctional operations in a highgrowth environment
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong execution capabilities
Experience working across global markets and multicultural teams
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), BI platforms, and SaaS KPIs
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
