Location: Onsite Required, No Remote/Hybrid Option – Chatsworth, CA

Job Summary

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will work with the leadership team to fulfill the vision of the organization. CPO will ensure that the mission, goals, and objectives of a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment is realized. The CPO will play a critical role in reshaping the company's culture to drive business performance and employee engagement.

What you'll do

Competencies:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.

• Leadership Development: Partner with executives and managers to enhance leadership capabilities that support the desired culture.

• Change Management: Lead the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.

• Employee Engagement: Develop and manage comprehensive employee engagement programs, including surveys and action plans, to address feedback and improve workplace culture.

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the design and execution of talent acquisition and management strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all organizational levels.

• Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of cultural transformation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

• Training and Development: Create and facilitate training programs that reinforce the desired culture and behaviors.

• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve cultural and organizational conflicts, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, departmental heads, and employees to ensure alignment and support for cultural initiatives.

• Ability to work onsite at the Canoga Perkins Chatsworth location.

Must Have

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field with a focus on cultural transformation.

• Experience in strategic planning and implementation

What would be useful

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resource (PHR) professional credentials preferred

• Experience in a similar role within a large, diverse organization.

• Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives.
