There is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic People leader to join them to transform and augment its human resources capabilities. Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exciting role managing a sizeable People division, responsible for People Strategy and People Operations, including workforce transformation, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and development, succession planning, employee engagement, culture and industrial relations. You will be instrumental in driving strategic HR transformation and leading and developing your team in providing People solutions aligned to the company's innovation and growth agenda, including presenting to the Board and Remuneration Committee. Requirements You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles gained in companies of scale, with exposure to both the white and blue collar workforce and managing industrial relations. You have experience in driving and delivering HR transformation and leading high performing HR teams. You have the agility to be both a strategic thinker yet operationally hands on where required, and is a demonstrated people leader of large teams. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
