Description As an Airrosti Provider, you'll be responsible for evaluating, assessing, treating, and managing patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using an evidence-based approach. You'll have responsibility for the daily management of your practice environment and supervision of designated support staff. In addition to providing manual therapy, you'll be responsible for the instruction of all therapeutic exercise protocols, application of modalities, and functional taping within the Airrosti treatment model.
We hire and train the best of the best. Our Airrosti Providers are well-trained, well-accompanied, and well-supported from beginning to end. Our providers receive five weeks of in-depth paid training at our Support Center in San Antonio before being cleared to practice at Airrosti, as well as extensive ongoing training, support, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
As an Airrosti Provider, you'll have the best of both worlds. You'll have the opportunity to be independent. You'll manage your practice, and your efforts will be rewarded for the work you put in. However, unlike traditional practice ownership, you will not be alone. In fact, you'll have an entire support system, which includes marketing materials, digital advertising, patient scheduling, centralized billing, advanced patient communication tools, and ambient listening technology coupled with a customized ICD-10 compliant EMR to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden.
Not only do we strive to provide the best compensation and benefits package in the industry, but we are fully committed to your growth and future success. We support your growth through consistent ongoing training and professional development courses. Several leadership and career development opportunities exist for motivated Providers.
