Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Tentative Start Date
The position is expected to begin the week of November 3rd .

Work Hours

This part-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 12.5 hours per week . You’ll work alongside another team member for most of the week, with one solo shift every other Friday . The solo shift is 5 hours , and it rotates weekly between you and your teammate—giving you a longer weekend every other week.

• Monday–Thursday: Team shifts (2.5 hours per day), starting and ending at roughly the same time as your teammate
• Friday: Solo shift (5 hours every other week) or day off

Work must begin after 5:00 PM and be completed by midnight.
Team shifts must start at a similar time as your teammate.

This schedule is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time hours with a predictable routine and occasional long weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including bathroom dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain an organized and tidy work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Use our CRM mobile app to clock in and out using geo-fencing, complete job reports, and upload photos of completed work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work quickly to get cleaning tasks done in the allow amount of time.
• You need to provide your own transportation.
• You must pass both a drug test and a criminal background check conducted by our company. Additionally, our client will perform their own background check. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing both background checks.

• In person interviews will take place on Oct 23rd and Oct 24th.
