We are preparing for upcoming retirements and are looking for a Clinic Operations Assistant who is ready to step into a key support role with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.

About the Role:

As Clinic Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Clinic Manager to support daily operations, assist providers and staff, and help ensure our patients continue to receive the high-quality care Brookdale Health is known for. You’ll learn our systems, processes, and culture—developing skills that prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

• Organized, dependable, and motivated professional
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative while working independently and as part of a team
• Healthcare or office management experience a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
