ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-up and operate multiple CNC Machines
• Utilize and comply with all AS9100 REV D and ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing and quality standards
• Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
• Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
• Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
• Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION

• Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC’s Mills or Lathes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Excellent knowledge of tooling and the ability to interpret results from CMM
• Effectively communicate information with managers and other employees
• Motivated to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset
• Esprit Programming knowledge is an asset

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENT

• Basic security clearance
• Own Steel-toe safety shoes
