Job Details

Responsibilities:
As our CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

1. Developing and implementing CNC programs for various machines, including lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines.
2. Using CAM software, ESPRIT, and Mastercam to create and refine programs.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC programs and machinery.
4. Collaborating with the production team to ensure the efficient operation of machinery.
5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including AS9100 and ITAR.
6. Utilizing JobBOSS ERP system to track production and inventory.
7. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.
8. Providing technical guidance and training to less experienced team members.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in CAM programming.
3. Proficiency in ESPRIT or Mastercam.
4. Extensive experience with lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines.
5. A thorough understanding of industry compliance standards, including AS9100 and ITAR.
6. Experience with ERP systems, JobBOSS preferred.
