This role requires a leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, with emphasis on fuel facilities, fueling stations, and related infrastructure. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedules and deliverables. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry codes. Oversee site conditions, productivity, and quality control. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience, with at least 3 years in fuel-related projects. Proven track record managing large-scale fueling infrastructure (e.g., gas stations, aviation fueling systems, bulk storage). Strong knowledge of permitting, safety, and environmental compliance in the fuel sector. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
