Quick Servant Company, Inc. is a leading provider of commercial HVAC/R and kitchen equipment solutions, serving restaurants, hotels, and other food establishments across the DELMARVA region. We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of kitchen appliances and equipment.

We are seeking skilled Commercial Hot Side technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of equipment, including but not limited to ovens, fryers, grills, fryers, and dishwashers. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions on equipment such as steamers, ranges, and refrigeration units.
• Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience as a commercial kitchen service technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems related to kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CFESA certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
