Salary: $ 92,500.00

We have partnered with a large Real Estate Development company in the Buffalo, NY area to provide them with a Commercial Leasing Agent. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Commercial Leasing Agent:

#1. Commercial & retail leasing experience regionally and nationally.

#2. Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting and budget management.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Leasing Agent:

• Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
• Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level. Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
• Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
• Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
• Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.

Requirements of the Commercial Leasing Agent:

• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management
• Proven track record of success

Other Key Requirements:

• 100% In office
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
