Commercial Roofing Estimator

Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as an Estimator look no further.

Estimator Duties:

• Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
• Review estimates with management
• Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
• Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.
• Create proposals with accurate scopes of work
• Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed

Experience required:

• 5 years of estimating experience within the roofing industry
• Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
• Experience with new and restoration roofing
• Edge software experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
