We’re a fast-growing, system-driven construction company looking for a Project Manager who thrives in organized chaos and can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out

✅ Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends

✅ Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators

✅ Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables

✅ Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure

✅ Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers

✅ Support development of internal systems as we scale

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

✅ Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred

✅ Operate well in structured environments (we’re building one fast)

✅ Are comfortable leading job meetings, creating schedules, and tracking progress

✅ Know how to push accountability without babysitting
