Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Manager - Denver, CO

Compensation: Salary + Commission ($150,000 - $300,000)

What You'll Do:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
• Lead roofing projects from start to finish-sales through final completion
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
• Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing
• Strong sales and project management record
• Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and ability to access rooftops
